1.	Make all files and directories owned by the userID of your http server.
	Make all cgi files world executable.
2.	For security reasons, autoweb will send a mail to the user when his/her personal web page is created and edited. Also a notification mail is sent when access rights to home_dir or public_html_dir are changed. If you don't want these mails to be sent, simply assign the $mailprogram variable to a null string ( "" ) in the config.pl file.
3.	You need not worry about the cookie security because whenever the program doesn't need the cookies, it sets them to invalid values. This eliminates the hackers from specifying cgi files in URLs and hence accessing services they shouldn't. Cookies expire when the user close the browser window.
