Using SIMPLEX is very simple.
- You need to know the names (e-mail addresses) of available lists;
- To subscribe to any list; just send an e-mail to the specified
address with the word "Subscribe" as the subject of the mail.
- To unsubscribe from any list; just send an e-mail to the
specified address with the word "Unsubscribe" as the subject of the mail.
- To post a message to be distributed to the subscribers, just
type your message and send to the email address of the list. Type any subject you like,
except the words "subscribe" or "unsubscribe".
